 Paul Russell’s career as a casting director, director, and former actor has spanned projects for major film studios including 20th Century Fox, HBO, plus television networks, Broadway, and regional theater.
As a director Russell recently worked with legendary playwright John Guare directing the regional premiere of Mr. Guare’s A FREE MAN OF COLOR.
Russell is also the author of ACTING: Make It Your Business – How to Avoid Mistakes & Achieve Success as a Working Actor (Random House) and an editorial contributor to Back Stage. He has taught master classes at numerous universities some being: NYU, Elon, Rutgers, and Louisiana State University.
He teaches actors career improvement skills including acting, marketing and audition technique online, one-on-one, and via four-week seminars in New York.
